But let me explain why I venture to call it the best campsite.<\/p>\n<p>My wife and children and I have been coming to Vend\u00e9e for many years. We particularly love this department for the number of things to do here. It is true that the road network is ideal and allows us to get here in 4 hours from our home. The diversity of landscapes is also one of the reasons for our interest in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-california.com\/en\/vendee.html\/\">Vend\u00e9e<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4847\" title=\"Best campsite in Vend\u00e9e\" src=\"https:\/\/www.le-california.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/pistecyclablevendee.jpg\" alt=\"Best campsite in Vend\u00e9e\" width=\"700\" height=\"466\"><\/p>\n<p>So we have tried many campsites in the Vend\u00e9e. And last summer, it was the turn of Camping Le California. We hadn't yet tested this part of the Coast of Light and we simply loved it! Its location also makes it a <strong>camping<\/strong> to <strong>best<\/strong> of <strong>Vend\u00e9e<\/strong> in a peaceful haven, barely 3 kilometers from the beach (which allowed us to get there by bike with the kids), and close to the Monts forest. We filled up on walks according to our whims: beaches, forests, marshes, countryside... A family and friendly atmosphere reigns here. The welcome is warm, we are advised and guided with smiles galore. And what about the facilities? They are excellent! Aquatic area of nearly 400 m\u00b2 including several <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-california.com\/en\/piscine-couverte-chauffee.html\/\">heated pools<\/a> (indoor and outdoor), water slides, paddling pool, sauna, jacuzzi.
