Relaxation awaits you in the covered and heated swimming pool at Camping le California.
The highlight of a 4-star camping vacation is, without a doubt, the water park! While at the California Campground in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, we could have settled for just an outdoor pool, but we decided to also offer a heated indoor pool. This way, we offer an alternative for all vacationers. A new play area—"the Pirate Zone"—provides children with a covered space featuring water games, a pirate ship, slides, and a giant slide with light effects.
Since the 4-star campsite is open from March 15th to October 31st, outdoor temperatures may not meet your expectations in spring or autumn. Well, no worries! Thanks to our heated indoor pool, open from May 4th to September 7th, you can dive into pleasant water in any season.
Camping Le California is located in St. Jean de Monts, on the “Côte de Lumière.” And despite the Vendée’s microclimate, it does happen (though rarely) that a few clouds might spoil the fun. So even if the weather isn’t cooperating, you can take refuge in the indoor pool. It’s unthinkable to stay cooped up in your tent or RV waiting for the rain to stop—you’re better off coming to have fun in the heated water!
As soon as the sun comes out again, the kids are sure to head back to the outdoor pool and the water slides to have fun, leaving you free to swim a few laps without any interruptions. Since swimming reduces stress and tension, you might as well take advantage of it and make sure you stay relaxed throughout your stay.
