We went last summer to Vendée and it was wonderful! We had booked a week in a 4-star campsite with aquatic area. We had decided to stay on the Vendée coast, close to the beach and popular seaside resorts, to enjoy as many summer pleasures as possible.
Already upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the campsite team. We immediately felt at home in this 4-star camping. Our accommodation was spacious and comfortable to a fault, we were really able to rest. It was so pleasant to go get fresh bread and pastries every morning and have a nice family breakfast on the terrace of our mobile home. And yes, it is small pleasures like these that we truly appreciate at their fair value. Obviously, needless to say that this campsite in Vendée à Saint Jean de Monts we had chosen it also for its Water park.
This Water park of nearly 400 m² includes:
- an outdoor swimming pool with well-separated areas for either swimming or having fun
– a paddling pool for our youngest child
- a large pool with two slides for our thrill-seeking teen
- an indoor heated pool with a jacuzzi and sauna for moments of relaxation
With all this choice you understand that it was hard to leave the campsite with all these pleasures close at hand, we made the most of it. So, we decided to come back next year to the Camping Le California, but this time, we will stay longer to discover the wonders of the Vendée.
